Nuclear Energy in Ukraine

The aim of this issue paper is a research and in-depth analysis of the project of completion of units 3 and 4 of the Khmelnitsky Nuclear Power Plant which has already been approved by the Government. The issue paper covers potential benefits for Ukraine and possible related adverse impact on the country’s economic, political, social and environmental areas.
